Loui Blake at Vevolution Topics: Entrepreneurs 2018

Next Saturday is the annual Plant Based Business Bootcamp, and hasn’t it come around so quick?! This bootcamp is the brainchild of Vevolution founders, Damien & Judy, born from their passion for helping entrepreneurs in the plant-based space. The bootcamp has been developed to give entrepreneurs new skills and insights that are needed to create stand out plant-based businesses.

It has been designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs.

So, if you’re a business owner wanting to succeed in the plant-based business space (a rapidly growing industry), then the bootcamp will be absolutely perfect for you. And if you’re not quite convinced yet, keep on reading to find out some reasons why you should grab a ticket for next weekend.

This year, we will be hearing from inspiring entrepreneurs like Julian Hearn (Huel), Derek Sarno (Wicked Healthy), and Natalia Bojanic (Form Nutrition). Talk topics vary from PR and marketing, to entrepreneurial wellbeing. You will be able to learn how to balance your profits and the purpose of your brand, learn how to be more productive in your business, and learn how to build your brand… Just to name a few!. You can find the full line-up here.

The Fields Beneath will be putting on an amazing spread (as they always do) throughout the day. You’ll have no problem keeping your brain fuelled throughout the day with their amazing croissants, salads, and quiches. Remember, breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided as part of the ticket price!

There will be opportunities to take part in collaborative industry specific workshops and sessions. These workshops will delve deeper into the topics discussed during the talks and panels. This year, we are running 5 workshops on varied subjects, led by different entrepreneurs. Loui Blake (Erpingham House & Kalifornia Kitchen) and Adam Biddle (GH05T) are among the individuals that will be hosting workshops on the day.

There will be plenty of time to network before the Plant Based Business Bootcamp begins, and after Pitch + Plant ends. One of our favourite parts of hosting Vevolution events is watching people make friendships for life. Finding your tribe is pretty important when building your business, as it’s so beneficial to have a support system. Watch this talk by Emma Sinclair MBE about building tribes at last year’s Plant Based Business Bootcamp.

There will be several entrepreneurs on the line-up giving one to one entrepreneurial clinic sessions. Attendees will have a time slot with one of the business leaders and have the chance to ask them advice and insight.

This year there will be two panels, one on investment and another on marketing and comms. On the investment panel you will be able to hear from entrepreneurs and investors, and listen to their knowledge on what it is that makes a successful fundraising strategy. On the marketing and comms panel, you will be able to learn how to harness the power of influencers, develop powerful brand assets and get your brand values across to your target audience.
