This January, by CHLOE. and Vevolution have teamed up to host Topic Talks events to celebrate the ever-growing Veganuary!
Topic Talks For Veganuary are a series of exclusive, free-to-attend events, featuring some of the UK’s most inspiring plant-powered thought leaders. We’re lucky enough to be hosting these events at one of the by CHLOE. restaurant’s in Tower Bridge, which makes for the perfect setting and an intimate evening.
Second up, we had Business In Food: What It Takes To Run A Thriving Plant-Based Food Business. We learned from entrepreneurs who have looked beyond conventional wisdom to create some of the most exciting plant-based food businesses in the UK. This evening was the perfect opportunity for anyone aspiring to create a successful plant-based food business.
The line up included: Paul Brown (founder of BOL), Bethany Eaton (co-founder of Nush Foods), Jade Rathore (co-founder of Phung Kay), and Jenny Costa (founder of Rubies In The Rubble).
The entrepreneurs explained how they started their businesses, they educated us on different business challenges like investing, and plenty more.
All of the events will be released as a bonus episode on The Vevolution Podcast each week. We have just released the second episode, which features two interviews and a panel from this Business In Food event.
